The BYS Try-outs is for BYS players that are ages 9 and up and are new to their league or have chosen to go back into the draft. For 9-10 year old boys, the only players that could attend the try-outs are for those players that are new and have interest in pitching.    There are NO try-out times for 3-4 TBall, 5-6 TBall or 7-8 Boys and Girls Leagues.  Those leagues will be placed using a blind draft process.

The BYS League try-out day is scheduled for Saturday, 3/18 at the Brunswick BAT Cage.  The League commissions are setting up times for each player to attend to prevent a large number of players showing up at once.  The League Commissioners will be reaching out to families to provide the provide the time to show up at the try-outs.  The player will only be able to try-out at their assigned time.

ALL players with a completed and paid registration by 3/14/17 will be placed on a team.  If a player cannot make the try-out at the assigned time, the player will be put in the blind draft for that league and will still be placed on a team.

Time:  Varies by League and player.  The League Commissioner will be reaching out to families to provide the time to attend the try-outs.  If you did not receive a call with your time, please contact the league commissioner for the age range of the player.  Commissioners names and emails can be found on the tabs of the website.
